01.jula 2016 were officially opened APARTMENTS MIAMI. These are modern apartments that offer all its guests a memorable stay and feel like you’re at home. The building is located about a mile from the beach Miami and has 12 units:

Each unit has a minibar, air conditioning and a private terrace, and all guests have free use of Wi-Fi Internet. All guests have priority use of beach facilities as well as catering services (breakfast, lunch) in our beach restaurant.

• 1/2 room + breakfast in “Miami” restaurant + sunshade & sunbed 1-3 row on Miami beach – 40,00€ per person
• 1/2 apartment (bedroom & livingroom) breakfast in “Miami” restaurant + sunshade & sunbed on “Miami beach” – 50,00€ per person
• Kids to 12 year pay 50% less on price
